Elise has partnered with National Geographic Young Explorer and submersible pilot Erika Bergman in forming GEECs (Global Engineering & Exploration Councelors) to expand and build on camps held worldwide to teach girls/young ladies how easy it is to build an ROV (Remote Operated Vehicle) and mobilize it for exploration.
Elise establishes strategic partnership introductions for key players in the Ocean Conservation and Education industries. She works with marketing teams strategizing ways to expand the company and build brand awareness around the company’s products or services.
She works with educational teams to research, develop curriculum and write grant proposals along with creating public and private presentations for funding and marketing purposes. She makes sure the material taught in each course not only complies with state standards, but is also taught in an effective and developmentally appropriate way.
She also recruits, educates and assists in story development with cinematographers, producers and scientists to ensure that their submissions to festivals and networks etc. are complete along with working with them on production related questions and issues. She overseas overall operations of any given project making sure compliance and budgetary limitations are met and usually exceeded.
Elise has chosen to strive, through action to manage the slow change that needs to take place to make a difference in the world. To the best of her abilities she uses all the facilities available to her to create partnerships, awareness, advocacy and education through a variety of applications, introductions, projects, events and programs.
